About the Role

This is a dynamic position within Qantas Airways Limited, where you will be responsible for coordinating flight crew training to achieve optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will plan, monitor, and amend the scheduling of training and logistics to meet business requirements.
  • Formulate constructive plans for each roster period to ensure compliance with regulatory and industrial obligations.
  • Develop an optimized rostering process that meets the needs of all key stakeholders.
  • Produce and maintain efficient training patterns to support current operational rosters.
Requirements
  • You will have the ability to work in a team, be highly motivated, and goal-driven.
  • You must be able to focus in a high-pressure environment and work calmly under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products is essential.
  • You will demonstrate flexibility in relation to operational needs.

  • Highly organized with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $85,000 - $115,000 AUD, depending on experience. This is a permanent opportunity with a full-time schedule (8 hours per day, 7-day roster shift).
