Airport Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our Sydney Domestic Airport team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth turnaround of QantasLink aircraft. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and coordinate the aircraft movement in accordance with the Precision Timing Schedule.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will provide timely and accurate information to facilitate efficient aircraft operations. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

With a comprehensive understanding of airport operations and a strong knowledge of the Amadeus Reservations system, you will be responsible for allocating aircraft parking bays and providing aircraft traffic advice to flight crews and other stakeholders as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a well-honed understanding of airport operations, a strong communication skill set, and the ability to work well under pressure.
