Cabin Crew Allocations Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cabin Crew Allocations Planning Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure industrial and regulatory obligations are met to facilitate efficient planning and timely scheduling for Cabin Crew across both International and Domestic divisions.
- Monitor and maintain regulatory, statutory, and industrial awards compliance, with a focus on training and procedures.
- Prepare accommodation, flights, and allowances for crew as required, including reporting and invoicing/purchase order processing.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver bid period planning deadlines.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong Award and EA knowledge and interpretation ability.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
