Vulnerability Management Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Vulnerability Management Operations Coordinator to join our global technology team at Flight Centre Travel Group.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the remediation of security vulnerabilities across our organization, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize vulnerability management activities, develop and implement remediation plans, and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Remediation Coordination: Oversee the delivery of vulnerability management services, focusing on coordination and tracking of remediation efforts to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed in a timely manner.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure delivery of services meets expectations.
- Incident Response: Assist in coordinating response to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on status of vulnerability remediation activities, including metrics and KPIs.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance effectiveness of vulnerability remediation efforts.
Requirements:
- 2 Years Service Delivery experience in an information technology and/or security environment.
- Experience in project coordination or project management.
- Experience with security practices and vulnerability management.
- Availability - standard office hours, however, may require outside of hours due to Global nature.
