Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled Crew Training Instructor to join our Sydney training team at Virgin Australia. In this role, you'll be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and maintaining training materials for Flight and Cabin Crew. Your expertise will also involve delivering essential training and certification, ensuring compliance with CASA Part 121 regulations and other training requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, instructor notes, and courseware.
- Deliver training to the required standards and assess crew performance.
- Collaborate with the Sydney team to support training and management courses.
- Analyze content, evaluate effectiveness, and improve on quality through regular reviews.
- Implement training packages that accurately reflect business needs.

Requirements:
- Experience in course development, delivery, and assessment.
- Proven success in providing feedback and developing others.
- CASA Instructor approval and Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or relevant tertiary qualification.
- Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team.
