- Minimum 5 years of experience as a travel consultant with Flight Centre Travel Group.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
