About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cabin Crew Allocations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring industrial and regulatory obligations are met, allowing for efficient planning and timely scheduling of Cabin Crew across both International and Domestic divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and industrial awards, focusing on training and procedures.
  • Prepare accommodations, flights, and allowances for crew as required, including reporting and invoicing/purchase order processing.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to meet bid period planning deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Superior knowledge and interpretation ability regarding Awards/EA
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven individual
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • A customer-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office suite, including Excel (spreadsheets and formulas)
