Cabin Crew Operations Strategist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Cabin Crew Allocations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring industrial and regulatory obligations are met, allowing for efficient planning and timely scheduling of Cabin Crew across both International and Domestic divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and industrial awards, focusing on training and procedures.
- Prepare accommodations, flights, and allowances for crew as required, including reporting and invoicing/purchase order processing.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to meet bid period planning deadlines.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
- Superior knowledge and interpretation ability regarding Awards/EA
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Highly motivated and goal-driven individual
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- A customer-focused approach to problem-solving
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suite, including Excel (spreadsheets and formulas)
