The Opportunity

As part of the CTP team, you will be responsible for the technical capability and quality within the team. This position involves collaboration with claims teams and host insurers to ensure the highest levels of technical competence and service are achieved and maintained.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assess all aspects of a claim, including liability determination and eligibility assessments, legal, case risk and resource management, file maintenance, compliance and financial skills.
  • Proactively manage claim determinations for complex claims, ensuring clear documentation of actions throughout the determination process.
  • Adopt a service-oriented approach that is focused on the interests of workers and employers.
  • Liaise effectively with host insurer teams and third parties as required.
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to compliance measures.

About You

  • Technical capability background (Personal Injury/CTP advantageous)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to satisfy a National Police Check
