The Technical Advisor plays a pivotal role in our team at EML, providing expert guidance and coaching to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative claim strategies. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the creation of training packages and modules, supporting the growth and development of our team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to team members, supporting the delivery of high-level customer experiences.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, optimising outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Apply sound risk management principles to ensure robust decision-making.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Return to Work Act 2014 and associated regulations.
- Collaborate with the Project Office to develop and update business processes.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in the workers compensation industry.
- Strong technical expertise in workers' compensation claims.
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of the Return to Work Act 2014.
