Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our team at Wipro. As a key member of our Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and services to our clients.

About the Role

  • Work closely with the Service Delivery Team to understand their portfolio, business strategy, and prioritization to facilitate quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the IT Global Program Management Office and cross-functional PMOs to define the approach and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide executive visibility to project, program, portfolio, and functional level status, issues, risks, costs, and other key performance indicators.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of process, methods, and best practices into service delivery activities, including project management, financial management, and resource management.
  • Improve communications, content, and transparency of information with key customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, including demonstrated financial management experience.
  • End-to-end understanding of the IT life cycle, including pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, and financial management.
  • Excellent business analytical skills and ability to work in a global IT environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
