We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Management Office (PMO) Assistant to join our team at HCLTech. As a PMO Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Tribe management by providing vital strategic support in budget monitoring, tracking demand, capacity analysis, and delivering required analysis, monitoring, and support services to the tribe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Monitoring and Tracking: Assist in monitoring and tracking budgets, identifying variances, and providing recommendations for corrective action.
  • Demand and Capacity Analysis: Conduct analysis to identify trends and patterns in demand and capacity, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Project Support: Provide support to Project Leaders, including financial analysis, project tooling, and data collection and collation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports to track project progress, financials, and other key metrics.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Tribe Leadership, Project Leaders, and other team members.
Requirements
  • Project Life Cycle Knowledge: Good understanding of project life cycle, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Project Status Reporting: Good understanding of project status reporting and project/program financials.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Good analytical skills, with ability to handle tasks independently.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of project tools and office suite, including Excel, PowerBI, and Service Now.
