About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Management Office (PMO) Assistant. As a PMO Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Tribe management by providing strategic support in key areas such as budget monitoring, demand capacity analysis, and financial forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in budget monitoring and tracking, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Conduct demand capacity analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Deliver high-quality analysis, monitoring, and support services to the tribe, including data collection and collation.
  • Analyze data and present conclusions to Tribe Leadership, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
  • Support the development of long-range financial forecasts and related budgets.
  • Collaborate with Project Leaders to provide necessary support for project financials and project tooling.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of project life cycle (Agile and Waterfall methodology) and governance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to handle tasks independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project tools and office suite (Excel, Power BI, Service Now...).
  • Advanced spoken and written English is a must.
