About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our team at Wipro. As a key member of our Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Service Delivery Team to understand their portfolio, business strategy, and prioritization to facilitate quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the IT Global Program Management Office and cross-functional PMOs to define the approach for project delivery.
  • Provide executive visibility to project, program, portfolio, and functional level status, issues, risks, costs, and other key performance indicators.
  • Assist with the aggregation of demand, financials, service, and project delivery data to the enterprise level.
  • Support the development and implementation of process, methods, and best practices into service delivery activities.
  • Improve communications, content, and transparency of information with key customers.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, including demonstrated financial management experience.
  • End-to-end understanding of the IT life cycle, including pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, and financial management.
  • Experience in financial management, including planning, forecasting, and actual financial management at function, portfolio, and program/project levels.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery-related key performance indicators.
  • Project delivery experience in a similar IT environment.
  • Experience working in a global IT environment.
  • Business analytics skills.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
  • Customer orientation and responsiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
