About the Role

We are seeking an experienced XLab Director to lead our IT project management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the comprehensive project management of the xLab system development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the scope, budget, and schedule of the project, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project assumptions.
  • Update the xLab Project Roadmap as work progresses and new regulatory requirements and business needs arise.
  • Ensure the implementation of the xLab Project in accordance with the adopted assumptions, Roadmap, scope, budget, and schedule of the project.
  • Report to the Project Steering Committee, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Collaborate with business teams during the development and implementation of the xLab system.
  • Lead a team of over 80 FTEs, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.

Requirements
  • Over 10 years of experience in managing IT projects, including the creation and implementation of software for business needs.
  • Practical experience in managing IT projects in the medical industry.
  • Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to create and execute a vision, redefine the business and operational model using modern information technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ensuring excellent cooperation within the project and the development of the subordinate project team.
  • Experience in building the business value of the enterprise through the skillful use of information technologies is welcome.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern software development technologies, including public cloud computing and integration tools and data migration tools.
  • Knowledge of the development and implementation of LIS, ERP, CRM systems, B2B, B2C portals, mobile applications, complex data integration platforms, and other key business applications.
  • Practical knowledge of popular project management methodologies, including Prince2, PMP Book, Agile, SAFe, and Spotify Model for Scaling Agile.
  • Practical knowledge of popular SDLC software development methodologies in the SCRUM model.
  • Experience in managing technology teams in the field of popular technologies used in modern organizations of large scale and complexity.
