Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Project Manager to join our team at Genpact. As a Procurement Project Manager, you will be responsible for proposing improvements and monitoring the implementation of new platforms to increase work effectiveness based on deep knowledge in purchase-to-pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize procurement opportunities.
  • Manage and monitor procurement projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal customers.
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on procurement best practices and policies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience (min 3 years) and deep knowledge in Accounting/Procurement/STP/PTP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
