Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, including testing upliftment for Oracle Exacc and Mongo DB Ops Manager.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve high performance.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Drive the recruitment of resources necessary for the projects in question.

  • Work closely with technical leads and product owners to specify work requirements inputting into the project.

  • Ensure all project deliverables are documented and archived appropriately.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management or delivery management roles.
  • Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Good attention to details and issue tracking.
  • Possess a 'can do' attitude, seeing issues as being development opportunities.
  • Lead and bring together SMEs to manage and address any concerns raised.
  • Ensure technical decisions are made by the right SMEs and in a timely manner.
