About the Role

HRO Digital, a leading international company, is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects and services, with a focus on improving testing processes for Oracle Exacc and MongoDB OpsManager services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management:
    1. Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
    2. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
    3. Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting project delivery.
  2. Team Leadership:
    1. Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve high performance.
    2. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
    3. Provide guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
    4. Drive the recruitment of resources necessary for the projects in question.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:
    1. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status and deliverables.
    2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
    3. Address any concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  4. Reporting and Documentation:
    1. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
    2. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and post-project reviews.
    3. Ensure all project deliverables are documented and archived appropriately.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in project management or delivery management roles.
  2. Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  5. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  6. PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant certification is a plus.
  7. Good attention to details and issue tracking.
  8. Possess a 'can do' attitude, seeing issues as being development opportunities.
