We're inviting applications for the role of Project Manager in Procurement, a key position that requires a deep understanding of complex solutions, including integrations between multiple systems, highlighting risks and issues. As a Project Manager in Procurement, you will be responsible for proposing improvements and monitoring implementation of new platforms to increase work effectiveness based on deep knowledge in purchase-to-pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in procurement operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project initiatives.
  • Manage and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on new solutions and processes.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience (min 3 years) and deep knowledge in Accounting/Procurement/STP/PTP.
  • Strong relationship skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without close guidance or supervision.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.
  • Communicate fluently in English.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in an environment that emphasizes teamwork.
