Job Role Overview:

This position involves designing, implementing, maintaining, and administering compensation and benefits programs, policies, procedures, processes, and systems as required. This ensures that locally competitive programs meet business objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Supports Australia and New Zealand with some support for countries in South East Asia
  • Develops and implements total rewards strategies aligned with business goals
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of total rewards initiatives
Key Requirements:
  • Strong Excel skills with experience in data analysis
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional and non-co-located teams

This role requires occasional domestic and international travel and regular participation in international calls/meetings which may occur outside of standard business hours.
