We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced reward professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering performance and reward programs across Australia and New Zealand.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the reward portfolio, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and contribute to strategic decision-making. If you have a passion for data analysis, problem-solving, and storytelling, this role will give you the autonomy and exposure to take ownership of regional reward programs while also allowing growth and stretch as you support reward outcomes across a global remit.

About The Role
  • Lead and deliver all aspects of the ANZ reward program, including salary review, job evaluations, benchmarking, STIs, reporting, and performance.
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Reward across a broad and global reward environment that includes LTIs and equity, and mobility.
  • Analyse and interpret data to provide insights, identify trends, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders, including WGEA and gender pay equity reporting.
  • Continuously improve processes, trackers, and reporting to increase accuracy, efficiency, and stakeholder confidence.
