Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have ownership of the design and delivery of performance and reward programs across Australia & New Zealand.

  • Lead and deliver all aspects of the ANZ reward program including salary review, job evaluations, benchmarking, STIs, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders by interpreting and analysing data.
  • Continuously improve processes, trackers, and reporting to increase accuracy, efficiency, and stakeholder confidence.

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward or Remuneration & Benefits professional who possesses excellent analytical skills, data integrity, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
