The Role:

A unique opportunity exists for a seasoned Performance and Reward expert to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity.

This role will entail reward business partnering to Strategic People Partners and People Leaders across APAC, utilizing technical and professional skills and knowledge to develop and implement reward solutions aligned with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of Remuneration and Benefits.
  • Contribute to the effective governance of our Global Job Family Framework.
  • Manage annual salary survey data contributions / reporting requirements of identified survey partners.
  • Provide interpretation and counsel to Strategic People Partners and People Leaders regarding Performance, Reward and Benefits policies, programs and practices.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new Reward and Benefits policies, practices and programs.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Performance & Reward and the Global Performance & Reward team.
  • Mentor, coach and develop a small team.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working within Performance and Reward.
  • Experience in project managing annual cyclical performance and remuneration reviews.
  • Strong analytical skills, and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience administering HRIS systems. Workday and Advanced Compensation module experience highly desirable.
