We are seeking a seasoned professional who can drive key initiatives and provide expert guidance on remuneration, benefits and compliance.

The Role:
We are looking for a talented individual who will lead annual remuneration reviews and ensure alignment with market trends. You will be responsible for managing remuneration budgets, forecasting and Short-Term Incentive (STI) processes. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) reporting and award legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead annual remuneration reviews and ensure alignment with market trends
* Manage remuneration budgets, forecasting and STI processes
* Ensure compliance with WGEA reporting and award legislation
* Design and manage benefits programs, including wellness initiatives
* Provide strategic advice on sales commission programs
* Conduct market analysis, prepare reports and support organisational design with grading principles
* Deliver training on remuneration processes and provide actionable data insights

What You'll Bring:
* Proven track record in a Remuneration role, demonstrating ability to manage and deliver remuneration programs and strategies effectively
* Experience in conducting market data analysis and competitive analysis to inform remuneration decisions
* Hands-on experience with remuneration review processes, including budgeting, incentive reviews and compliance analysis
* Knowledge of employment legislation and award compliance
* Excellent relationship management, consulting and communication skills
