Job Description:

The primary objective is to drive the company's reward strategy, ensuring programmes support global business goals and objectives. This involves collaborating with stakeholders at senior levels to deliver rewards programmes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include preparing papers for the remuneration committee, coordinating with the office of the Company Secretary, and reviewing incentive plans such as short-term incentives, long-term incentives, sales incentives, sign-on bonus, retention and project-related incentives.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing employee recognition programs, reviewing and designing employee share plans, and supporting finance and legal teams with incentive and equity administration.

Another key aspect is developing the company's reward frameworks, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives, simplicity in administration, and attractiveness for employees.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for designing remuneration policies that support the attraction, retention, and motivation of key talent, including incentive plans and rewards programmes.

A critical competency is mathematical aptitude and exceptional analytical skills, as well as experience supporting ASX listed Remuneration Committee work in a corporate or consulting environment.

Other essential qualifications include significant experience in remuneration, benefits, and rewards programmes, especially ASX, excellent analytical, written, and presentation skills, and a strong background in HCM systems (Workday an advantage).
