Remuneration and Benefits Management Role

This role is a key position in the organisation's reward strategies, requiring the ability to shape and implement plans that align with market trends and business objectives.

  • Maintain and enhance the remuneration framework by ensuring job banding and benchmarking remain current.
  • Lead the annual remuneration review cycle, including developing remuneration models and providing reporting for executive approval.
  • Oversee salary surveys, benchmarking, and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Manage and optimise the organisation's benefits program, including negotiations with providers and administration of employee offerings.
  • Administer short-term and long-term incentive plans, including employee share schemes.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws, governance requirements, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in remuneration and benefits management within complex or listed environments.
  • Expertise in salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and employee benefits management.
  • Appreciation for Australian employment law and ASX governance requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High-level stakeholder engagement, change orientated mindset and influencing skills.
  • Relevant commerce, accounting or HR tertiary qualifications.
