We are seeking a skilled Remuneration and Benefits Specialist to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This role will be based at our head office in Melbourne CBD.
Our organisation is committed to providing competitive and cost-effective services to our members. We have a proud history of delivering exceptional results and achievement over two decades.
The successful candidate will design, implement, and oversee reward initiatives and programs to align with our broader people strategy. This includes driving employee engagement and retention by collaborating closely with our HR team, People Leaders, and EGMs.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business
- Demonstrated knowledge of remuneration and benefits practices and principles
- Experience/knowledge in FIRG and FAR (highly regarded but not essential)
- Excellent analytical, interpretation, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Advanced skills in Excel
- A team player with excellent stakeholder management skills and good influence capability
