Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Growth Manager to join our team in Customer Success. As a key member of our APAC Customer Success team, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our restaurant partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Support: Provide high-level support to our partner restaurants, understanding their needs and challenges, and working closely with them to ensure they achieve their goals.
  • Lifecycle Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the partner lifecycle and how our three verticals work together to drive business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the wider Customer Success team to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals across the APAC region.
  • Advisor Role: Become a trusted advisor to our partner restaurants, helping them gain maximum value from our platform and reach optimal results.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our product and services, enabling clear communication of its value proposition.
  • Commercial Approach: Adopt a commercially minded approach to nurturing our partner base, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Churn Mitigation: Proactively engage with partners to mitigate churn risk, assessing their use of our service and product early on to prevent potential issues.
  • Voice of the Partner: Act as the voice of our partners, providing internal feedback on areas for improvement and driving positive change within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer Experience Expertise: 1-2 years of experience in providing an exceptional customer experience in the B2B sector, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Sales-Focused Approach: A proactive approach with a sales undertone, ensuring a commercial mindset when servicing our partners.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to successfully overcome challenging situations, think critically, and develop creative solutions.
  • Autonomy and Discipline: Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork and Attention to Detail: Strong understanding of the importance of teamwork, coupled with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in performing tasks.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. This figure is based on industry standards and taking into account the requirements and responsibilities outlined above. It is essential to note that this salary range is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
