Financial Administrative Coordinator

Flight Centre Travel Group seeks a detail-oriented Financial Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support in our Corporate Accounts Payable team.
The ideal candidate will possess basic math and accounting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A strong understanding of financial concepts and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including employee share scheme, access to in-house financial services, and internal gym facilities.
In this position, you will:
- Review and process invoices from suppliers
- Chase hotels for statements and invoice clients within SLA
- Assist operational staff and suppliers with queries
- Maintain supplier information in the Accounts Payable System
- Perform, review, and manage the entire accounts payable process
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
