At our hearing clinic, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on professional. This is a permanent, part-time role working 4 days (32 hours) per week.

We are a complete hearing health care company with 24 clinics across various states in Australia. We offer an advanced range of diagnostic services and tailored hearing solutions.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide an exceptional level of service to clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic.

  • Manage the appointment schedule for audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for clients
  • Greet clients at the clinic and update client records
  • Assist with client and doctor enquiries
  • Answer clinic phone calls and emails
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
  • Accurately bill appointments

Additional responsibilities include performing general office duties and assisting with other tasks as needed.
