Customer Service and Administration Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer service/admin professional to join our team at our hearing clinic in Queensland.

This is a permanent part-time position with working hours scheduled between Monday to Tuesday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.

  • You will play an important role within our business providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client-facing role.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles, with great communication and active listening skills, resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and manage client experiences for optimal outcomes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
  • Provide administrative support to our clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists)
  • Manage day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Bill clients correctly and take a range of payments
  • Learn and competently use a range of software and applications
