About the Role

This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced leader who can drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As a key member of the management team, you will oversee cinema operations, empower staff members, and identify innovative solutions to improve the guest experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of cinema operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Empowerment and leadership of staff members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Financial management, including revenue stream maximization, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Implementation of process improvements to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Adherence to HR, WHS, and risk management policies and laws.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record in similar industries. Key requirements include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • An innovative thinker with a can-do attitude to drive business growth.
  • Results-driven individual comfortable working towards KPIs and targets.
  • Familiarity with audio-visual equipment, including film projection, is desirable.
  • A highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and ability to work unsupervised.
