About the Role

Lead day-to-day operations for a high-profile outdoor cinema event in Melbourne. Manage setup and teardown, coordinate seasonal logistics, and oversee a team of on-site crew members.

  • Oversee food and beverage services, including ordering, invoicing, and inventory management
  • Coordinate sponsor activations and ensure contractual obligations are met to a high standard
  • Create staff rotas and manage payroll processes
  • Manage AV equipment, including screen and audio setup and content delivery
  • Implement operational plans and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations

This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a passion for events and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
