About the Role

We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our Cinema Operations Department.

  • Greet and seat guests with a smile
  • Process tickets and serve food and beverages
  • Ensure the site is clean and tidy

This role requires someone who is passionate about cinema and has a positive attitude, good work ethic, and a can-do mindset.

  • The ability to go above and beyond for our guests
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • An RSA qualification (beneficial but not essential)

We offer a flexible roster, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts during peak periods.


Key Responsibilities

Our Crew Members are responsible for:

  • Greeting and seating guests in a friendly manner
  • Processing tickets and serving food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment

This role involves working as part of a team to provide an excellent customer experience.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and good work ethic
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • An RSA qualification (beneficial but not essential)
