As a Director of Institutional Property Growth at ANZ, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue and profit for our institution through the procurement of banking services with direct client accountability for institutional property clients. You will drive revenue and profit for ANZ through the procurement of banking services with direct client accountability for institutional property clients. You are expected to build relationships with executive-level management at institutional property companies to set client engagement strategy and revenue growth strategy for clients in portfolio.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in institutional banking and finance, with a strong understanding of a broad range of products and services, particularly in the property industry. A tertiary qualification in commerce, business, accounting or economics would be highly desirable. The ability to structure and tailor value-added innovative financial solutions is essential, as well as strong team leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio. Excellent client handling, interpersonal and negotiating skills are also required.

Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As an Associate Director in our Team, you'll play a key role in helping to drive the institutional property NSW growth agenda with a strong origination focus.
