Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Global Transaction Services team at Westpac Institutional Banking. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in overseeing risk management and ensuring the successful implementation of our digital transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of risk management practices
  • Provide expert advice on risk management frameworks and policies
  • Drive a culture of risk awareness and ownership across the organization

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in First Line Operational Risk within a Banking or Financial Services organization
  • Strong skills in communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
