About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our Data Solutions Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and provide expert technical support to our customers.

  • Prioritize and triage technical support requests from our global customer base.

  • Assist in creating engaging self-help resources, such as quick start guides and learning paths.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused IT or Application Support role.
  • An interest in automating data processes and improving business efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues quickly.
