  • 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in High Availability for Sites, MECM Hierarchies, and Architecture.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager Administration.
  • Task sequence creation and troubleshooting for OSD.
