Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users, troubleshooting issues, and deploying enterprise technologies.

About the Role:

You will work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot network connectivity and printer-related problems, leveraging enterprise technologies such as Active Directory and Group Policy. You will also maintain accurate documentation of support activities, including incident logs, resolution steps, and knowledge base articles for Office 365 and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop support to end-users, both remotely and in person, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Set up and deploy new desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring proper functionality and user access to enterprise systems.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account setup, access provisioning, and data migration within Office 365 and other enterprise platforms.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, including incident logs, resolution steps, and knowledge base articles for Office 365 and other enterprise systems.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a desktop support or technical support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 administration, including user management, license assignment, and mailbox configuration.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account administration within an enterprise environment.
  • Solid understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals.
  • Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues and printer problems.
