Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to join our IT team.

The successful applicant will provide technical assistance to users, diagnose hardware and software issues, and escalate problems as required.

Key responsibilities may include:

Selecting the Right Candidate

Necessary Qualifications

  • A current Blue Card indicating your suitability to work with children
  • A Certificate III or Diploma of Information Technology or equivalent experience
