Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality ICT support services to clients, utilizing excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To deliver technical assistance to clients via phone, remotely, or in-person.
  • To troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • To develop knowledge base articles for use by clients and within the IT department.
  • To deploy hardware, software, and standard operating environment (SOE) configurations.
  • To contribute to team goals and resources, including documentation creation and training/education initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A proven ability working with IT best practices based on ITIL, including the use of an IT service management tool.
  • A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, including resolving remote access issues.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a geographically dispersed team, managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge and ability to support various technologies, including Microsoft environments, O365 administration, networking troubleshooting, and more.
