We are seeking a Senior Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Melbourne, offering flexible working between home and office.

About the Role

As a Senior Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, enhancing Stockland's competitive position and brand. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Improving Stockland's ability to identify customer trends and predict customer needs.
  • Managing customer and stakeholder feedback cycles to determine satisfaction levels and enhance service delivery.
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and attending customer inspections.
  • Coordinating and managing events such as walk-your-lot events and customer information sessions.
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems and processes to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities.
About You

We are looking for an individual with demonstrated experience in building and maintaining customer relationships. A customer focus drives you, and you understand delivering outstanding service. You should have experience collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve business and customer issues and working with complex and sensitive information with an eye for detail.

A driver's license is essential for this role. If you are an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Open Work Visa holder with more than 12 months' validity from your role start date, we encourage you to apply.
