Senior Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Experience Leader to champion our customer-led culture and drive business growth.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Customer Experience Leader, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end experiences that meet our customers' evolving needs. This includes:
- Championing customer-centric decision making across the organization
- Leading design processes to solve complex customer problems
- Managing multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized experiences that drive customer loyalty and retention.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in leading customer experience initiatives in medium-large enterprises
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing stakeholders on the value of customer-led decision making
- Excellent communication and project management skills
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
