About the Role

The Senior Director, Engagement Management plays a pivotal role in leading an organization of Engagement Managers who focus on deploying Workday applications.

This individual is accountable for the success of customers within their project portfolio and collaborates with other teams in Services, Sales, and Partner organizations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role reports to the Vice President of Professional Services (APJ) and involves key objectives such as team development, customer satisfaction, and portfolio deployment health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an organization of Engagement Managers
  • Accountable for customer success within project portfolios
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in software consulting services
  • 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in cloud solutions
  • 4+ years managing a team of resources
