We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Administrator to join our Woolloongabba physio team. As a key member of our allied health team, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role:

  • Support the front desk operation and maintain a high level of patient care and service skills
  • Work closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the clinic
  • Deal with patient queries, schedule bookings, process payments, and perform general administrative tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones and updating data

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be an enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic
  • Have experience with Hi-caps, Excel, Medicare, and Practice Management Software (Gensolve preferred)
  • Possess administrative experience, preferably in a medical or allied health setting
