About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Noosa allied health team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and supporting the day-to-day running of our allied health practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of patient care and service skills
- Work closely with the Office Manager to ensure seamless operations
- Answer phones, schedule bookings, process payments, and update data
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
Requirements
- Previous experience in a reception or administration role, preferably in a medical or allied health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Hi-caps, Excel, Medicare, and Practice Management Software (Gensolve preferred)
