We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to support the day-to-day running of our allied health practices in Woolloongabba. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure every patient receives exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our allied health team
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and scheduling bookings
  • Process payments and update data as required
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reception or administration role, preferably in a medical or allied health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Hi-caps, Excel, Medicare, and Practice Management Software (Gensolve preferred)
