About the Role
This position supports customer service for care home operations and provides administrative support to the Administration Officer and the Client Services Team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a confidential manner, and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Administration Officer and the Client Services Team
- Support customer service for care home operations
- Liaise with people at all levels, including residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Manage competing priorities in a busy front desk/phone environment
- Maintain accurate records and files
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative/customer service role
- Experience in managing competing priorities in a busy environment
- Good computer literacy
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and numeracy skills
- Valid National Police check (specific to work in aged care)
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate
