About the Role
This position supports customer service for care home operations and provides administrative support to the Administration Officer and the Client Services Team. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of professional conduct, liaise with people at all levels, and work in a highly confidential manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate experience in an administrative/customer service role, preferably in aged care or healthcare
- Manage competing priorities in a busy front desk/phone environment
- Utilize good computer literacy and excellent verbal, written communication, and numeracy skills
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Hold a valid National Police check and COVID-19 vaccination certificate
