As an Enterprise Client Growth Specialist at Airwallex, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our enterprise customer base in Australia. You'll collaborate closely with our platform team to deliver exceptional support to top-tier clients, from API implementation to post-go-live phase. Your relationships will extend across various internal teams, including sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and strategy.

You'll thrive in this role if you're a tech enthusiast with a passion for Fintech. You'll dive into our platform, solving complex problems, and working with customers to understand their needs and provide value to their business.

This role is based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Navigator: Guide our prestigious accounts through onboarding and expansion, maximizing their value.
  • Relationship Expert: Collaborate with internal departments to optimize processes and create new client value streams.
  • The Glue: Serve as the central point of contact for your complex client portfolio, fielding day-to-day questions while spotting trends and proactively addressing broader issues.
  • The Product Expert: Become a go-to expert for understanding how the Airwallex platform solves diverse business challenges.
  • The Visionary: Partner with clients to shape the future by suggesting new product avenues based on QBRs and client insights.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in enterprise account management, ideally in Fintech or complex technology sales.
  • Understanding of lengthy sales cycles and nuances of enterprise relationships.
  • Excellent rapport-building skills across all levels, from C-suite executives to operations teams.
  • Project management experience: Simultaneously manage multiple clients and internal stakeholders to ensure everything stays on track.
  • PAYMENT SERVICES BACKGROUND: A deep understanding of payments significantly enhances success in this role.
