The Role
We're seeking an Enterprise Growth Specialist who will develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring optimal use and satisfaction of our solutions. This involves representing our entire product range to assigned customers, leading customer account planning cycles, and meeting client needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client renewals, providing feedback on each client's success, and collaborating with other teams. They will serve as the primary contact for critical clients and meet sales and client retention quotas.
